PA ENA State Meetings 2024

The meetings will be March 29th, June5th, August 9th and November 15th, 2024


Meetings are held at Holiday Inn Express State College @ Williamsburg Square 1925 Waddle Rd, State College, PA 16803 and start at 9:00 am

3/28-3/29:

Check-in is 3PM and Check-Out is 11am (The meeting will break for check-out and lunch)


Free hot Breakfast is included with room reservations  and lunch will be provided by state council.  

Rooms MUST  be reserved 30 days in advance to receive our discounted rate.  Please reserve your room under our code so we meet our minimum requirement.

Zoom meeting information
All State Council meetings will be available for attendance via Zoom.
The registration link will be sent via the MailChimp correspondence no less than 7 days prior to the meeting.
All participants must register in Zoom prior to the start of the meeting.

Please RSVP as requested for either virtual or in person attendance. 
Any voting member attending via Zoom must be visible on camera for the entire meeting, as stated in the PAENA SOPs.
No reimbursements are offered for virtual attendance.

  • Meetings are held quarterly
  • Dates for upcoming meetings along with lodging information will be posted on the website.
  •  State Council officers and committee chairs are reimbursed $150 for attendance at the state meeting.  Full day attendance is required.
  • A representative (1) from each chapter will be reimbursed $100 for attendance at the state meeting. The  chapter president will identify who that is prior to the meeting.  Full day attendance is required.
  • Representation from each chapter is strongly encouraged to be at least 50%. If the president can not attend, an alternate may attend their absence. (Each chapter is allotted 2 voting members)
  • When attending a state meeting, please sign in under your designated area.   Please pick up your voting card from the registration table. 
  • Committee chairs and the executive board also have a vote and a card. 
  • If you are being reimbursed, please complete the appropriate form and return it to the treasurer..  
  • All in-person attendees must register in advance in order to have a head count for lunch.
