Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are groups of local members that network for the purposes of, but not limited to, education, addressing time-sensitive issues, addressing the needs of a specific population or to implement a program. These groups have the same benefits as formal chapters but do not carry the same obligation. Virginia currently has three local SIGs. Even though these groups are located within specific areas of the state, any Virginia ENA member is welcome to attend SIG events. If you are interested in developing a new SIG, please take a look at the Virginia ENA Procedures under the Resources tab and reach out to the Board.
