1. Increase organizational membership by 5%
2. Develop and implement a structured ED nursing mentorship program to improve retention and enhance clinical confidence
3. Plan and successfully host an ED nursing awards ceremony
4. Expand professional growth opportunities by funding scholarships for two ED nurses to attend the ENA national conference.
