The Membership and Certification Committee is responsible for tracking current memberships and certifications, recruiting new members, engaging and retaining current members and celebrating and encouraging specialty certification.

2026 Committee Goals:
- Sustain a total greater than 800 members monthly and increase membership by 10%
- We propose to maintain our overall members total to an attainable goal per month with a stretch goal of 850 and a super stretch goal of over 900.
- Energize student member recruitment and collaborate with the Student Relations
Committee
- Promote recruitment heavily from January thru June to boost delegate allocations
- Conduct the annual 2 phase chapter recruitment campaign and reward program
- Promote member engagement and participation at our local and state level.
- A six- month check-in letter is sent to those who joined ENA six months prior
- Encourage chapters to engage members and consider incentives for recruiting and
bringing a potential or new member to a meeting
- Inform and expand SCENA’s presence through email and social media advertisement
- Advertise the value of ENA membership thru SCENA social media with official ENA

statewide nurse managers and educators committee
