Melane Marsh, BSN RN CEN CMRN APHON

I am a dedicated and well-seasoned emergency/trauma nurse with extensive training and experience in education and leadership.  I currently work as an Assistant Director of Operations.  I have experience in prehospital settings as well as in pediatric oncology.  I am a compassionate and energetic go-getter that consistently strives for excellence.  I have been on the Nevada Emergency Nursing Association Board since 2005 as president-elect, president, and education director.  I also served on the National Emergency Nursing Association Leadership Conference board from 2008 to 2012. A day does not go by that I do not learn.

Kristin Madsen, MSN, RN, CEN, CPEN, TCRN, NEA-BC

Kristin has been an ENA member for 20 years and as a spouse of a former active-duty US Air Force member, she has worked all over the United States in a variety of emergency nursing roles - as staff, Charge RN, educator, and nursing leader.  Her involvement and commitment to ENA over the years has included many years spent as an Item Writer (test question writer) for both the CEN and CPEN exams and also served as an Article Reviewer for the Journal of Emergency Nursing.  Kristin previously served on the Colorado ENA State Council as the Membership Chair and Treasurer.  She is excited to be back "home" in Nevada and to be involved in the Nevada ENA.  Kristin looks forward to connecting with all of our members - in every corner of the State!

Jodie Lane, EDD MSN

Jodie graduated from nursing school in Texas in 1988 with an ADN. She attended Emory University for her BSN and MSN and lastly Walden University for her Doctorate. Jodie was a medic in the Los Angeles and San Bernardino area for 10 years before starting nursing school. She has traveled extensively with her husband in military service. Has a comprehensive background in emergency services, training, and education to include mass casualties and pediatrics. Jodie is a national faculty member for ENA and currently Nevada ENA state Treasurer and Peds trauma chair and past president. She also services a Regional faculty for AHA and Nevada / California AHA task force team member. Jodie teaches in many rural areas. Jodie currently is the system clinical educator for emergency services in Las Vegas Nevada and AHA coordinator and continues to educate ED staff and new graduates. She loves all things Disney and her family and of course to just play. Her motto is; Life’s journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but rather skid in sideways, totally worn out shouting--- Man what a ride!
