ED Nurse Leaders and PECC,
I need to clarify something I said in my last post. The information below if from Jane Ostler at the Utah Data Coordinating Center, where the NPRP Assessment originates.
The hospital name is NOT grayed out in the portal until it is actually completed.
If you use the SAVE and EXIT feature, please use the link that is emailed to you to get back into the assessment. Do not start a new assessment from the PedsReady.org website if you have already started one.
Once you click on the 'FINISH' button, your gap report should appear onscreen so that you can save or print it as a PDF. When you navigate away from that browser window, the gap report is no longer available.
To help participants reprint their Gap Reports as needed, a NEW feature was added. You will receive an email. This email provides confirmation that you took the assessment, provides resources, and links to the 2026 NPRP Reprint Gap Report Website. The code will allow you to reprint the Gap Report. This code should be copied and pasted into the link to pull up the Gap Report for re-printing as a PDF. Share this code with ED Nurse Leadership to be safeguarded and accessible to reprint the Gap Report in the future, if necessary. This is the ONLY way the Gap Report can be accessed.
The email is sent immediately after completing the assessment, so if it is not in an inbox, try checking a spam or junk folder.
Best of luck. Please start this process early.
