  • Conference Brochure

    ​The Brochure for the 2019 State Conference is now available to print and share! The brochure is located under the Resources tab under Files. Print on both sides, flipping on the short edge for the brochure to fold properly.
  • Virginia ENA Annual Conference

    Registration is now open for our Annual Conference in October! Save the date (October 18th) and register today! Brochure with agenda and speaker information has been emailed to all members and can be found under the Events tab as well.
  • 2019 General Assembly

    The 2019 General Assembly will be held September 28th & 29th in Austin, Texas just days before the Annual Conference. The 2019 Delegate Application has been posted under the Resources tab under Files. 

    The ENA General Assembly is the principle body responsible for developing policies and positions and providing direction for matters relating to emergency nursing, communicating member needs to the ENA Board of Directors, and providing input to the ENA Board of Directors on issues relating to the practice of emergency nursing and adopting procedures governing the operation of the General Assembly. Being a delegate means having a voice in how the organization is run, apply today!
  • Fundraising

    At the April State Council Meeting​ fundraising was discussed at length and after a motion was made (and passed) that no fundraising would be done by any chapter or the state before the June meeting (see draft meeting minutes posted for more info) a question was raised asking if conducting a bake sale where items are donated to be sold was considered fundraising. Our treasurer contacted the Va Dept of Taxation and after a lengthy discussion it was determined that yes, a bake sale where items are donated and sold is in fact a fundraiser so no bake sales are to be held either. As a reminder, all chapters are under the same EIN number as the state and as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization we are at risk for losing our non-profit status if we don't follow the rules. For more information or questions, feel free to reach out to the State Council Treasurer Alexus Moore at
