· Navigate the ENA and FENA websites
· Discuss responsibilities of General Assembly Delegates
· Discuss chapter management and strategic planning
· Explain the role of the officers and committee chairs on the local level
· List annual responsibilities of the Chapter President, Treasurer, and Secretary
· Explain the impact of Government Affairs and resources
