We have some pre-mixed bags in our Omnicells but for most of our patients (including all patients under 50kg), our antibiotics and drips are mixed by pharmacy. We are incredibly lucky to have a pharmacist in the Peds ER 24hr/day, and when they are on break or if they are in a different emergency, the inpatient pharmacy will mix them for us.
