Hi Julie,
We have a pediatric agitation pathway. The medications range from antihistamines to benzos to anti-psychotics, and occasionally clonidine. This was created based on an extensive literature review. I will ask the creators if I can share. Short answer--we do not use Ketamine. Hope this helps!

Subject: ketamine for pain and agitation in the pediatric population
Hi All,
Does anyone use ketamine IM or IN for pain or agitation in the pediatric population? If so, would you be willing to share a policy or guideline?
Thanks,
Julie
