    Looking for an ED specific fall scale for pediatric patients?  What is everyone using to assess for fall risk for pediatric patients?  We are currently using Humpty Dumpty but wondering if there are better options?   Thanks

    Hi Kelly! We use Humpty Dumpty as well - our adult counterparts use the Morse Fall Scale, so it is built into our Epic fall narrator. We see patients up to age 19y364d, but for certain conditions, we will see patients up to age 27 - so when they're 20+ I tend to use the Morse scale in Epic.
