Do any of your providers write stat orders on patients waiting in the lobby that cannot be done because the order is only appropriate for when a patient gets to a treatment bed? IF they do write orders like this, are they including instructions such as "upon arrival to treatment bed" for let's say cardiac monitoring on a 30 year old non-emergent patient with a normal EKG and negative cardiac enzymes?
