Hello amazing ENA community! We are looking to implement the MedFrat fall risk tool in our ED. I am wondering if anyone here already uses it in your ED, and if so, what are your thoughts/suggestions/etc.? Also, for the first question of "History of falling...", what are the response options? The screenshot we have only shows two, but I know there are more (see attachment). Any thoughts or advice is much appreciated! Thank you all!
