As an organization that operates under the umbrella of the national ENA, the Georgia State Council has a number of obligations that need to be met in order to protect our non-profit and tax-exempt educational organization status. One of those tasks is a regular review of our State Council's bylaws.
Under the direction of Bylaws Committee chair Jan Turner, your state leadership team has an updated version of the bylaws ready for you, our members, to review. You can find the document by clicking on the "Resources" button at the top of the home page. Select the "Meeting Documents" folder on the left side of the new page and then click on the UPDATED bylaws document to view.
We encourage you to comment where you feel necessary. Replies can be sent to me by email at gamedic4221@hotmail.com. The comment period will end on August 31st.
If no concerns arise or changes recommended, the state council will vote on the adoption of the updated bylaws at our next regular meeting on September 14th.
