    My Message to you:

Hello fellow emergency professionals! I am very excited to take the reins as Nevada State Council ENA President in 2020. Melane Marsh, past president for many years, has dedicated many years to Nevada ENA and will continue to serve ENA on the ENA Foundation Board of Trustees. We wish her the best of luck and I know she will do great.

For my 2 year term I plan to focus on two significant areas; strengthening the connection between the Northern and Southern Parts of the State of Nevada and growing our membership and its connection to National ENA initiatives. With the advances in technology I hope to hold regular zoom meetings to engage and involve members. We will also spend the majority of 2020 preparing for the ENA National Conference, along with its 50th anniversary celebration, to be held in Las Vegas on September 8-11, 2020.

ENA has provided me networking, education, connection, and engagement since I first became a member almost ten years ago. I highly encourage that you join and get involved for your own professional development, as well as the ability to bring evidence based practices and improvements to your emergency departments.

I invite you to connect with me on social media as well as like and follow the Nevada ENA State Council Facebook Page. You can also reach out to me via email at dustin.bass@carsontahoe.org. Please help me in encouraging others to participate and join ENA!

I look forward to an exciting term as your State ENA President and will be in touch.
