In accordance with National ENA Policy. Arizona ENA's executive board engaged an Arizona licensed attorney to reconcile ENA's bylaws, Arizona ENA's current Bylaws and added or deleted provisions necessary to comply with all applicable state laws governing not- for- profit professional organizations such as Arizona Emergency Nursing Association. We are asking each member to review the bylaws. The revised bylaws were presented at the November 22nd membership meeting. Any questions regarding our proposed revisions must be received no later than January 8th in preparation for discussion at our January 10th membership meeting and planned official vote January 21-January 28th. Final submission to National ENA must occur by January 31st. Recommended deletions appear in red with updated language in blue. Please see draft under resources
