Hello Colleagues,
On behalf of the Vermont Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), I invite you to get involved in your professional organization and to help shape the future of emergency nursing in our state.
Since 1970, ENA has been the leading, member-driven voice supporting emergency nurses through education, advocacy, and professional development. As the professional organization for emergency nursing, ENA advances best practices, responds to emerging challenges, and represents our collective voice in public policy to support both patients and the nurses who care for them.
Here in Vermont, it's an exciting time to join our chapter. We are planning our Annual Fall Education Day which will highlight current best practices and timely topics. We are actively recruiting members for committees, leadership positions, and our Board of Directors. Getting involved is a great way to network, contribute to statewide initiatives, and help strengthen emergency nursing practice across Vermont.
Our board meets quarterly to address ED challenges, educational opportunities, research, and clinical needs. Please share this invitation with any ED nurse who may be interested.
Nominations are being accepted now through October 1st for the following positions:
- President elect
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- (3) Director at large
Please follow this Link or scan the QR code below for descriptions of the open board positions and to nominate a VT ENA member to the board. If you would like to learn more or have questions, feel free to reach out to any member of the current Vermont ENA Board.
