Just wondering what different organizations are doing around retention? To better specify:
1) What unique ideas have you implemented in your department to support retention?
2) Are you compensating differently for extra shifts (example: BONUS OT, etc.)-- how is that working to fill your needs? What is the structure?
3) What ideas do YOU have around retention that you would like to share.
