For the AirLife vs. Armstrong recall - Quick moral of the story - AirLife is the current "owner" of the tape, i.e. the ones responsible for revisions, etc.  Armstrong Medical is the distributor of the tape in the US.  Same tape - One company "makes it" - The other "sells & distributes it"

I did call Armstrong today to ask if the website was selling the corrected version.   They are not planning to print a corrected version at his time.  Currently are selling version 3 with the noted errors.  Customer Service stated that while the table was incorrect - each colored section was correct.

The NEW, accurate tape is the Rev. 3 :) So if you have the 36-23446 REV.3, you're GOLDEN!

Just received our new tape and there was no notice in the shipment of noted errors with the tape. Is there any notice as to what the version 3 errors are? What table specifically is incorrect? Thanks!

Just received our new tape and there was no notice in the shipment of noted errors with the tape. Is there any notice as to what the version 3 errors are? What table specifically is incorrect? Thanks!

I did call Armstrong today to ask if the website was selling the corrected version.   They are not planning to print a corrected version at his time.  Currently are selling version 3 with the noted errors.  Customer Service stated that while the table was incorrect - each colored section was correct.

For the AirLife vs. Armstrong recall - Quick moral of the story - AirLife is the current "owner" of the tape, i.e. the ones responsible for revisions, etc.  Armstrong Medical is the distributor of the tape in the US.  Same tape - One company "makes it" - The other "sells & distributes it"

Our organization's leaders are not happy with this response from Armstrong, but unless they recall and correct, our only option is to make note of the errors and educate our clinicians in the interim. 

Currently, our organization is looking into a product called PediaTape. I am unfamiliar with this product but vetting and crosschecking has begun to see if this is a suitable option.

Does anybody have any idea on how to fix it on the tape itself as Armstrong will not reprint? We are meeting with our leaders today and we are looking for ideas. Thanks.

I used thin red label maker tape with the correct info on it.
