Anyone successfully utilize a "phased orientation " and do you have thoughts
we are looking at something like this in conjunction with ENRP
Phase 1 All safety ( falls, etc )
Phase 2 Head to toe Assessments
Phase 3 Medications
Phase 4 Putting it all together
Each Orientee would have to finish one level successfully before moving on to the next.
