    Good morning,

    I wanted to see if any of you have some creative ways that  you are including Documenting and Escalating critical vital signs in annual comps.  This is our 3rd year doing it and it is still a hot topic.  So I wanted to see what ideas you guys have other than epic playground and evidence of daily work
