When I stepped into the role of President of this organization back in January, I came in with a list of goals that I would like to see us accomplish. One of those is to grow our statewide membership by ten percent. That's a pretty ambitious target when you consider the size of our group and the regular ebb and flow of members into and out of our area for various reasons.
Thanks to some strong work at the chapter level, we are well on the way to achieving that goal. Since January 1st, we've increased our membership total from 1080 to 1144 - a growth rate of 6.57% so far and we're only 4 months into the year! Think of what our organization could become statewide and nationally if we adopted an "each one reach one" mentality. I encourage you to all to find someone who is not currently involved in ENA and share your story with them. Let them know just how valuable an ENA membership would be to them.
