Information on upcoming State and Chapter Leaders Orientation 2023
The 2023 Florida ENA State and Chapter Leaders’ Orientation will be held April 28 and 29 at the Plantation at Crystal River, 9301 West Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, Florida 34429. https://www.plantationoncrystalriver.com/
HOTEL:
The special room rates offered to the group are valid three (3) days before and after the meeting, subject to availability. The Hotel reserves the right to assign all guestrooms for this event. Individuals will be responsible for making their own guest room reservations with the resort. Please instruct all guests to book online using the booking link provided.

Call Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and ask for George Ann Jackson. Call in block will be held until cutoff off date of Tuesday, March 28, 2023. 30 days prior to arrival, all rooms not guaranteed will be released back into Plantation room inventory. Reservations received after this date will be on a rate and space available basis. The standard room rate is $125 plus 11% tax. Resort fee is $25 plus 6% tax. For water view or Suites add an additional $40. Check-in prior to the Hotel’s published check-in time of 4:00 PM is subject to availability. Checkout time is before 11:00am AM on the date of departure.
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION: Reservations cancelled with the reservation’s office at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be accepted. If reservations are canceled within 3 days of arrival date, a one-night stay plus taxes and fees, will be charged to the credit card number on file.
We will again be offering the sunset cruise option for the evening of April 27th and will be having a poolside social reception the evening of April 28th.
CLO AND REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
The FENA State and Chapter Leaders Orientation is open to current and elect officers for each chapter, and for committee chairs. In order to receive reimbursement for travel and hotel, you must be there for both days – April 28th and April 29th. If you have any questions, please review the travel reimbursement policy for CLO.
The format will be the same as last year – Day One is the Orientation, Day Two the State General Assembly meeting. Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days. Anyone who wishes to attend who does not meet the criteria for reimbursement may come if space is available. They will be responsible for paying their own travel and hotel.
