ROOMS: In order to ensure reimbursement your room MUST BE BOOKED WITHIN THIS BLOCK unless board approval PRIOR to the event. Reasons for approval: they are unable to provide an ADA room or you want to book at Marriott because it costs less. There are cottages and villas for larger groups but they do not count toward the room block and will only be reimbursed at the block daily rate. This resort requires a full payment upon booking one of these so we do not recommend this option. THE CUT OFF DATE FOR THE BOOKING IS FEBRUARY 3RD. If anyone has any issues booking please reach out to Lauren Sanguinetti fl.treasurer@state.ena.org as they have offered to link reservations that were not booked properly.
