The meeting will be held at the Memorial Regional Hospital Conference Center, which is on the bottom floor of the employee parking garage. It is across from the main entrance to the hospital (opposite the ED) and across the street from Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.

Requirements for reimbursement for expenses:
1. Members of the FENA Board of Directors, including the Parliamentarian
a. Lodging – up to $225/night, for a maximum of three (3) (meeting related) nights when travel distance is greater than 30 miles/one way.
b. Travel - lowest available airfare or the current federally established rate/mile when travel distance is greater than 30 miles/one way.
c. Per diem for one day.
2. Members of the FENA State Council General Assembly, which includes Chapter Representatives or Alternate, Committee Chairs and Co-Chairs, Liaisons, Regional/Provisional Chapter Presidents.
