FENA Quarterly General Assembly

Reservation cutoff is extended to March 30. Per our coordinator at the site "They can continue to reserve rooms after that as long as we have availability, which we have plenty right now. After cut off the link wont work but they can call the 800-632-6262 here onsite reservations office.
I did notice that the link does not show double bed rooms only Kings, but you defiantly still have plenty of both in your block. And if they try to reserve +/- 3 days they have to call in the link wont recognize extra days. Our reservations is open until 7pm most evenings and she is over there now if they want to just give Maria a call. If she is making a reservation they can just leave their voice mail message and she will call them right back."

Quarterly business meeting of the Florida Emergency Nurses Association. All members are invited to attend. Special reservation rates can be accessed using https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/TB94K1 or calling 800-632-6262 with cut off March 27th. These rates will apply for the 3 days before and after the meeting for those who wish to stay longer. Please see reimbursement guidelines for state council members on the FENA website. Please RSVP to fena.president@gmail.com by April 24th to ensure accurate counts for food. We will have a social evening on April 29th with a cash bar.
