FENA Chapter Leaders Orientation

Reservation cutoff is extended to March 30. Per our coordinator at the site "They can continue to reserve rooms after that as long as we have availability, which we have plenty right now. After cut off the link wont work but they can call the 800-632-6262 here onsite reservations office.
I did notice that the link does not show double bed rooms only Kings, but you defiantly still have plenty of both in your block. And if they try to reserve +/- 3 days they have to call in the link wont recognize extra days. Our reservations is open until 7pm most evenings and she is over there now if they want to just give Maria a call. If she is making a reservation they can just leave their voice mail message and she will call them right back."

Orientation for new and existing FENA chapter officers and state council leaders. Attendees MUST also stay for the Quarterly meeting on April 30 to be reimbursed for travel. Reservations for lodging can be made by using this link https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/TB94K1 or calling 800-632-6262 and asking for Florida Emergency Nurses Association special rate. Reservations must be made by March 27th to receive the special rate. They have agreed to extend the rate to 3 days before and after for any wishing to make a vacation of this. Please watch your emails for the agenda and plan on attending the dinner and social evening on April 29th. Attendees MUST RSVP for this event by April 24th to fena.president@gmail.com
