Hello,

I am curious about what standards or policies facilities have on pediatric vital signs for triage. Do facilities that use ESI incorporate it into policy?

For Pediatric Vitals in triage, we use what the ENA recommends in their Triage guidelines. I have attached them. 

For normal Pediatric Vitals, we use current PALS guidelines: 

We have the ENA triage ESI algorithm in our triage area, and the normal vitals are used for badge buddies.
