    The third quarter newsletter is now available to read on line, download and share.  Time sensitive information about our annual Arizona board election with links, our Arizona Emergency Nurse 2019 nominees as well as education, updates and upcoming important dates.

  • Arizona ENA 2019 Emergency Nurse

    Congratulations to the nominees for the 2019 Arizona Emergency Nurse and the colleagues that nominated them.   Our Practice Chair received several nominations this year.  The winner and runner ups will be recognized at the November 22nd Membership Meeting.  

    Daniel Dinnell, BSN RN is an ED Charge Nurse at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Westgate. He “has above standard knowledge and expertise in emergency medicine…developed a hospital project to raise money to provide clothing for those in need”.

    Lisa Fann, RN CEN is an ED staff nurse at Abrazo Heart Hospital, Phoenix. She is “caring, kind, concerned and dedicated”.

    Mariel Hansen, RN CEN is an ED Charge Nurse at Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Prescott. She is a “patient advocate, leader, educator and role model”.

    Susan Kinkade, BSN RN CEN is the Trauma Outreach/Injury Prevention Coordinator at Banner University Hospital, Tucson. Her nomination stated that she educates the community, advocates legislatively and mentors. “She is selflessly driven to give back to the community.” Susan also presents at ENA and EMS conferences, provides local TV briefs on emergency issues and organizes high school safety days.
